Veeam Cloud & Service Provider — backup and DR with monthly licensing.
You don't have to buy perpetual licenses. As a Veeam VCSP, we bill backup monthly, scaling with your business.
What does VCSP mean for the client?
As a Veeam Cloud & Service Provider, we offer a licensing model that eliminates high entry costs and provides flexibility unavailable in the perpetual model.
MONTHLY LICENSES
Instead of buying expensive perpetual licenses, you pay monthly — OPEX instead of CAPEX. No long-term commitments, full budget control.
SCALING WITH YOUR BUSINESS
Adding 10 new VMs? We increase the license in the same month. Reducing infrastructure? We lower costs. Zero waste, zero overpayment.
LATEST VERSIONS
You always have access to the latest version of Veeam Backup & Replication — with no additional upgrade costs. New features, security patches, better support from the release date.
The gold standard of data protection.
Every backup implementation we design follows the 3-2-1 rule — the minimum data security standard recommended by CISA, NIST and Veeam itself.
DATA COPIES
Three copies of data: production + two backup copies. Losing one copy does not mean losing data — there is always somewhere to restore from.
DIFFERENT MEDIA
Two different media types: e.g. local disk + object storage (S3, Wasabi, Azure Blob). Failure of one medium does not wipe out both copies.
OFFSITE COPY
One copy outside the primary location — in another data center, cloud or with us as BaaS. Protects against physical disasters and ransomware.
Two metrics that define your backup.
Every backup and DR strategy comes down to two questions: how much data you can lose and how fast you need to return to operation.
Recovery Time Objective
How long does recovery take?
The maximum acceptable time from failure to restoring system operation. RTO = 4h means the system must be running after 4 hours. The lower the RTO, the more expensive the DR infrastructure — but also the smaller the business losses.
Example: RTO 15 min → Veeam Instant RecoveryRecovery Point Objective
How much data will you lose?
The maximum acceptable amount of lost data measured as time since the last backup. RPO = 1h means you will lose at most an hour of data. Shorter RPO requires more frequent backups or continuous replication.
Example: RPO 15 min → CDP (Continuous Data Protection)During the technical call we jointly determine the target RTO and RPO for each system — and design a backup that guarantees them.
Five scenarios we deliver most often.
VM BACKUP
Hyper-V → VMware → ProxmoxBackup of virtual machines on Hyper-V, VMware and Proxmox hypervisors. Image-level backup with application-aware processing, CBT/CT, backup copy jobs and SureBackup verification.
ASK ABOUT VM BACKUP →MICROSOFT 365 BACKUP
Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, TeamsMicrosoft does not back up your data — responsibility lies with you. We implement Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365 with granular recovery of emails, files and SharePoint items.
ASK ABOUT M365 BACKUP →PHYSICAL SERVER BACKUP
Windows, Linux, bare-metalBackup of physical servers (Windows and Linux) using Veeam Agent. Support for bare-metal recovery, backup of the entire system or selected volumes to the Veeam repository.
ASK ABOUT SERVER BACKUP →DR WITH INSTANT RECOVERY
RTO under 15 minutesDisaster recovery using Veeam Instant Recovery — booting a VM directly from backup within minutes. Replication, failover/failback, DR orchestration with Veeam Recovery Orchestrator.
ASK ABOUT DR →CENTRALIZED MULTI-HYPERVISOR BACKUP
Hyper-V + VMware + ProxmoxOne Veeam console to manage backup across multiple hypervisors. Unified policies, reporting and monitoring regardless of the virtualization platform. One pane instead of three tools.
ASK ABOUT MULTI-HYPERVISOR →Veeam Backup & DR multi-hypervisor
Deployment of centralized backup for a multi-hypervisor environment (Hyper-V, VMware, Proxmox) with a single management console, immutable backup and automatic DR testing. Result: RTO under 15 minutes, RPO under 1 hour, full ransomware protection.

Frequently asked questions about Backup & DR
RTO (Recovery Time Objective) is the maximum acceptable time to restore the system after a failure — how long recovery takes. RPO (Recovery Point Objective) is the maximum acceptable data loss measured in time — how much data you lose since the last backup. Example: RTO = 1h and RPO = 15min means the system returns within an hour, losing at most 15 minutes of data.
As part of the maintenance subscription, we test DR quarterly — a full failover to the backup environment with RTO and RPO verification. For clients with compliance requirements (e.g. ISO 27001), we can test monthly. Additionally, Veeam SureBackup automatically verifies every backup for consistency — without involving your team.
Yes. We implement Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365, which protects Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business and Microsoft Teams. Microsoft provides service availability, but does not back up your data — data responsibility lies with the client (Shared Responsibility Model). We offer granular recovery: single email, file, SharePoint item.
Immutable backup is a backup copy that cannot be modified, encrypted or deleted for a defined period — even with full administrator privileges. Veeam supports immutability on: Linux hardened repository, object storage with Object Lock (S3, Wasabi, Azure Blob Immutable) and WORM tapes. It is a key layer of ransomware protection — even if an attacker takes over infrastructure, they won't delete backups.
The ransomware protection strategy covers several layers: immutable backup (copies that cannot be deleted), air-gapped copy (copy physically isolated from the production network), 3-2-1 rule (3 copies, 2 media, 1 offsite), backup encryption (AES-256 at rest and in transit), Veeam SureBackup (automatic consistency verification), and network segmentation (backup infrastructure in a separate VLAN). After an attack — Veeam Instant Recovery lets you boot a VM from a clean backup in minutes.
