"They took over a fragile cluster and stabilized it quickly. Within weeks we had proper runbooks, documentation and monitoring."
Production Kubernetes clusters - we deploy, migrate, maintain.
We design and deploy production Kubernetes clusters on GKE, AKS, bare-metal and in private clouds. We migrate applications from VMs, configure GitOps, monitoring and security from day 1. Certified CKA and CKAD engineers.
Why do companies come for Kubernetes?
Kubernetes is not a goal in itself - it's a tool that solves specific infrastructure problems.
APPLICATION SCALING
The application grows faster than the infrastructure. Manual VM scaling can't keep up with traffic. You need autoscaling that responds in seconds, not hours.
MONOLITH CONTAINERIZATION
The monolith blocks development and deployments. Extracting microservices requires a platform that manages dozens of containers simultaneously.
MULTI-CLOUD & VENDOR LOCK-IN
Being tied to a single cloud provider limits negotiations and increases risk. Kubernetes provides workload portability between clouds and on-premise.
UNIFIED DEPLOYMENTS (GITOPS)
Every service deployed differently - different procedure, different tools, different risk. GitOps on Kubernetes unifies deployments and provides full auditability of changes.
4 steps to a production cluster.
ASSESSMENT
Audit of current infrastructure and applications. Containerization readiness analysis. Dependency map and workload prioritization.
ARCHITECTURE
Cluster design tailored to workload - networking, storage, autoscaling, HA, disaster recovery. Choice of distribution and tooling.
DEPLOYMENT
Cluster provisioning as IaC (Terraform/Pulumi). GitOps pipeline, monitoring stack, security baseline. Migration of first workloads.
KNOWLEDGE TRANSFER
Operational documentation, runbooks, team training. Optionally: subscription maintenance with guaranteed SLA.
Tools and distributions we work with.
Kubernetes distributions
- Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE)
- Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
- Vanilla Kubernetes (kubeadm)
- Rancher / RKE2
- Red Hat OpenShift
Tooling ecosystem
- Helm (package management)
- ArgoCD / Flux (GitOps)
- Prometheus + Grafana (monitoring)
- Istio / Linkerd (service mesh)
- Cilium (eBPF networking & security)
Cluster security
- RBAC (Role-Based Access Control)
- NetworkPolicies (Calico / Cilium)
- Pod Security Standards (PSS)
- CIS Kubernetes Benchmarks
- OPA / Kyverno (policy engine)
Three scenarios we deliver most often.
New cluster from scratch
You're designing a new application or platform and want to start on Kubernetes right away. We choose the distribution, configure the cluster, CI/CD pipeline and monitoring - from the first commit to production.
DESCRIBE YOUR PROJECT ->Migration from virtual machines
You have applications on VMs (on-prem or cloud) and want to move them to containers. We containerize, test, migrate in waves with minimal downtime. Rollback plan for every wave.
DESCRIBE MIGRATION ->Taking over an existing cluster
You have a cluster, but lack people to maintain it, documentation is scarce, and the configuration needs an audit. We take over operations, fix issues and stabilize the environment.
DESCRIBE ENVIRONMENT ->60 Apache applications -> Docker & Kubernetes
Migration of 60 applications from traditional Apache infrastructure to Docker containers and Kubernetes orchestration. Result: faster deployments, better scaling, full environment reproducibility.
READ CASE STUDY ->CLIENT FEEDBACK
Structured space for short references from delivery projects.
"The biggest gain was predictability. Our developers stopped firefighting infrastructure issues and focused on product work."
"Working model feels like an in-house team: fast decisions, clear communication and full operational handover."

Frequently asked questions about Kubernetes
Kubernetes makes sense when you have many microservices, need autoscaling, want to unify deployments (GitOps), or plan a multi-cloud strategy. We do not recommend Kubernetes for 1-2 simple applications, early-stage MVPs, or where PaaS is sufficient (App Service, Cloud Run). On a technical call, we'll advise whether Kubernetes is the right choice.
GKE we recommend for cloud-native workloads, companies using the Google ecosystem (BigQuery, Cloud SQL) and where the best managed Kubernetes on the market matters. AKS works well in Microsoft environments - Active Directory, Azure DevOps, SQL Server. On-prem (vanilla, Rancher, OpenShift) we choose when regulations require data locally, you have your own data center, or you need full control over infrastructure.
Maintenance cost depends on scale - number of nodes, workloads and required SLA. Managed Kubernetes (GKE, AKS) costs control plane + nodes + optional support. Our maintenance subscription starts at 500 PLN/month and covers monitoring, patching, incident response and reporting. Precise quote after environment assessment.
It depends on the maintenance model. If your team takes over operations - you need at minimum one engineer with Kubernetes experience (CKA/CKAD). We train your team as part of knowledge transfer. Alternatively - we take over maintenance, and your developers focus on code. Hybrid is also an option: you deploy, we maintain the cluster.
Yes. We offer a maintenance subscription with guaranteed SLA (response time from 15 minutes for critical incidents). It covers: 24/7 monitoring, patching, cluster upgrades, incident response, cost optimization and a monthly report. We can also take over clusters deployed by other companies.
